WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?
The Brothers Grant is Chris and Ginger Ludden’s first collaborative comic. Their individual contributions can be tricky to pinpoint.  In general:

Chris does the pencils.

Ginger does the inks and colors.

They write the whole thing together but they take turns directing each story.

I MEANT THE DUDES IN THE COMIC.
It may be too early to get into that.

WHAT’S IT ABOUT ANYWAY?
Chill, guy. There’s less than 20 pages up. (EDIT: yessir we’re more than 20 now and I do owe you an explanation. No worries! Workin’ on it!)

YOU APPEAR TO HAVE MORE TO SAY.
This project has been years in the making. There are many people to thank. We won’t get to them all even if we tried. The following people were beyond helpful:

  • Jay Hinkelman invited Ginger (and Sam) into his D20 Modern group and, later, critiqued various versions of early scripts.
  • Sarah Snook gave advice on story development and writing. She asked us lots of great, but difficult, questions early on. We hope that as the comic unfolds our answers will please and entertain.
  • Mike Altman, Chris Sickels, Stuart Sayger and the members of The Indianapolis Illustrators Lunch stuck their critical eyes on our early artwork and tore it up (in a good way). We’re very lucky to have the feedback of so many talented local artists.
  • Matt Addison is hosting our website which is great because we really weren’t looking forward to going to kinko’s.
